The newborn boy at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health has not yet been given a name.
The baby boy is 21 inches in length and weighs 7 pounds, 12.5 ounces.
The Flatbush couple’s first kid, a newborn boy, was born to Rafael Abitbul and his mother.
The hospital has seen its fifth New Year’s baby in a row.
The father of the child was born 23 years ago at NYC Health + Hospitals/Coney Island, the same hospital at the time.
It was a fortunate coincidence that the physician who delivered him also had the honor of delivering his own baby son!
