Your green will cost a lot more green in one place in Connecticut. There are 20 places in the country where you can buy weed that cost more than New Britain. In general, it says that a gram costs $10.8. On the list are both legal and illegal trades.
Middlebury is the 12th most expensive place to buy cannabis, with a price of $11.3 a gram. But the list doesn’t say what state it is in. Five other states have towns with the same name: Indiana, New York, Ohio, and Vermont.
Weed that costs the most in the country can be bought where? That will be in Washington, D.C., at $19.1 a gram. Fifth place goes to Killdeer ($12.5), then to New York City ($12.1), and finally to Kyle ($12.1).
Pot is the cheapest in Portland, where it costs only $7 a gram. In Las Vegas, it’s $8.3 a gram, in Denver, it’s $9, and in Columbia Falls, it’s also $9. CT’s weed business has grown quickly since January, when sales for adult use became legal. Sales hit a huge $250,000 on the first day.
Records from the state show that in May, more marijuana was sold for recreational use than for medical use. More than 12 million units were bought and sold in June.
