Digital Desk: This time, not in West Bengal, but in Uttar Pradesh, complaints about the mid-day meal came to the fore. Incidentally, large quantities of undistributed food grains for making mid-day meals were found at Dumduma Primary School. It is known that the principal of that school has been suspended in view of the incident. Incidentally, it has been alleged that a primary school in Dumduma, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh, has been hoarding mid-day meal grains.
Incidentally, the matter has come to the notice of the BSA (Primary Education Adhikari) authorities and it is reported that the principal of that school, Aftab Alam, has been suspended on their complaint. However, Aftab Alam said that the unused food grains found in the school were July crops. At that time the grain could not be distributed as the students did not come to school. However, this argument is not accepted by BSA. Rather, the school principal has been accused of gross negligence. Extensive practice has already started on the incident.
