A new bar and restaurant is opening soon. This is at Glasgow Airport. The owner will let us consider before what will happen.

Bird & Signet will use the former site of the Sanderling Bar, opening at the end of October. Create up to 100 jobs

The restaurant will accommodate up to 500 customers with substantially increased bar space that surrounds Starbucks within the airport’s departure lounge.

Craig Norton, Glasgow Airport retail account manager, said: “We are very pleased with the appearance of the Bird & Signet Kitchen & Bar and we can’t wait to welcome passengers when it opens in the coming weeks.

“Sanderling has been a mainstay at airports for years and is a favorite with passengers because of its location after World Duty-Free in the departure lounge. But the transformation to Bird & Signet is incredible and I’m sure visitors will like the new. form and environment.”
